Housing Options

Living in a safe, comfortable, and supportive place can have a significant positive impact on a person’s life during and after their time in treatment for an eating disorder. At McCallum Place in St. Louis, Missouri, we offer a variety of housing options for adults and adolescents who are receiving residential or outpatient services with us.

Housing options for McCallum Place patients in St. Louis include the following:

McCallum Place

Our residential treatment center in St. Louis, Missouri, is an inviting, nonhospital environment that features offices, group rooms, art rooms, common areas, dining areas, a fully functioning gym, and comfortable patient rooms. Adults age 18 and older who take part in residential care live at this location, where they can benefit from 24/7 monitoring and support.

Transitional Housing

Patients who are participating in traditional or extended partial hospitalization programming (PHP) at our St. Louis location may choose to reside in our transitional housing during nontreatment hours. With several transitional housing options to choose from, this is ideal for patients who do not live in the St. Louis area, as well as for those who would prefer to reside in an environment that may allow them to focus more completely on their treatment. Our transitional housing residences are located in a pleasant residential neighborhood in Kirkwood, just minutes from our treatment center. In addition, family housing is also offered in apartments a few miles away from programming.

I had not found a therapist who 'got it' until I came to McCallum place.
