Traci is the Office Coordinator at McCallum Place, Kansas City. She has worked in medical offices for several years, and brings 30 years of experience in medical office administration, including medical office employee management and support, training, and scheduling; coordination of patient insurance benefits, medical transcription department, and voice recognition manager/system administrator; acting patient liaison and medical records auditing and management.
Prior to joining McCallum Place, Traci earned her Associates in Medical Office Administration from WITCC. She has worked for multiple medical hospitals and different specialty clinics throughout the years, including HCA Midwest, St. Luke’s Health System, and MercyOne of Siouxland.
