Sarah Hess, MS, RDN, LD
Sarah is a registered and licensed dietitian who received her Bachelors in Nutrition and Foods from the University of Missouri-Columbia in May of 2018. Sarah then went on to receive her Masters of Science in Dietetics with an emphasis in Pediatric Nutrition in May of 2019. She was part of their Coordinated Master’s Program that allowed for a variety of rotations in medical nutrition therapy, community nutrition and food service management to satisfy the dietetic internship requirements. Sarah is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Missouri Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as Nutrition Entrepreneurs Dietetic Practice Group. Sarah joined McCallum Place in October of 2019 and works with patients in Residential and Partial Hospitalization Programs, helping them to understand what a trusting and open relationship with food can do for their overall well-being. She enjoys breaking down the nutrition science in an evidence-based manner to help patients relearn the importance of nutrition through balance and flexibility.
