Myckenzie is a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment. She earned her undergraduate degree from Missouri State University and later completed her master’s degree in counseling at Lindenwood University.
Myckenzie has 2 years of experience in Direct Care, supporting individuals with diverse emotional and behavioral needs. During her graduate training, she completed an internship at McCallum Place, gaining specialized experience working with individuals navigating eating disorders and complex mental health concerns.
In her clinical work, Myckenzie uses a person-centered approach, believing that each individual is the expert of their own experience. She also integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to help clients build emotional awareness, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Myckenzie is passionate about empowering clients as they work toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling sense of self.
