Denise Skinner, MS, RD, LD
Registered Dietitian
Denise is a registered and licensed dietitian. She graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and received a Masters of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Kansas Medical Center. Denise joined the McCallum team in 2020 and works with patients in the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs. Prior coming to McCallum, she worked in pediatrics, coaching & educating families on building healthy relationships with both food and movement. Denise believes that health exists at every size and loves to challenge the social construct that weight is the primary indicator of an individual’s health, success, and value. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and an affiliate of the Kansas Dietetic Association.
