Rachel Walker, MHA, RN
Director of Nursing
Rachel Walker has been a registered nurse for 12 years. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in nursing in 2016 from Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri, and her Masters in Healthcare Administration in 2021 from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. Before McCallum, Rachel was the Manager for the Adolescent unit at SSM St. Joseph – Wentzville, a hospital dedicated to treating the behavioral health needs of adolescents and adults. She also served in many nursing and leadership roles throughout the SSM Health system. Rachel believes there is power in treating the whole person: mind, body, and soul. She enjoys volunteering at her local church and spending time with the youth.
