Lori Adams, RDN, CSSD, LD
Lori completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and dietetic internship at St. Louis University. She was the recipient of an athletic soccer scholarship and played soccer for the Division I program at St. Louis University while pursuing her undergraduate degree. Lori has been working in the field of eating disorders, sports nutrition and wellness since 2003. In addition, she has worked as a personal trainer and as a nutrition support dietitian. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Missouri Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the St. Louis Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Lori served as president of the St. Louis Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly St. Louis Dietetic Association) from 2011-2012 and served as Director-At-Large for the Missouri Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. At McCallum Place, Lori works with clients in the Residential and Partial Hospitalization Programs. She is a dietitian and group facilitator for the Victory Program, which combines both her passion of sports nutrition and eating disorder counseling. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and is a member of the national dietetic practice group SCAN (Dietitians in Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition).
