Lily Pernoud, M.Ed., LPC, NCC
Lily earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English from Valparaiso University, and then graduated from the CACREP-accredited Master of Education Counseling program at the University of Missouri – St. Louis. To be able to serve a wide population, Lily completed the Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree as well as earned School Counseling certification. She has a wealth of experience in mental health, including over half a decade in the eating disorders field.
Lily’s goal and passion is to positively impact the lives of all patients. Her understanding of her role as therapist is to actively engage in the counseling relationship in order to help her patients help themselves flourish in all facets of life. Lily utilizes an integrative approach to counseling in order to individualize care. Her foundation is a Rogerian, person-centered approach, as well as a strengths-based modality in which she nurtures the belief that patients have the capacity and strength to help themselves. Lily looks forward to serving as a positive force and catalyst in every patient’s journey.
