Lily Pernoud, M.Ed., LPC, NCC

Therapist

Lily earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English from Valparaiso University and then graduated from the CACREP-accredited Master of Education counseling program at the University of Missouri – St. Louis. To serve a wide population, Lily completed the Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree and earned School Counseling certification. She has a wealth of experience in mental health, including over a decade in the eating disorders field.

Lily’s goal and passion are to positively impact the lives of all patients. Her understanding of her role as a therapist is to actively engage in the counseling relationship to help her patients help themselves flourish in all facets of life. Lily utilizes an integrative approach to counseling to individualize care. Her integrative approach includes dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), systems theory, internal family systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method. Additionally, Lily is qualified to address patients’ co-occurring issues, including sexual disorders, gender and sexual orientation, sexual trauma and healing, intimacy issues, and relationship dynamics. Lily looks forward to serving as a positive force and catalyst in every patient’s journey.
