Heidi Williams, MPH, RD, CSSD, LD, NSCA-CPT
Heidi received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from the University of Missouri in 2005. She then went on to receive a degree in dietetics at Fontbonne University, completing her Dietetic Internship at Sea Mar Community Health Center in Seattle, Washington in 2009. Heidi worked on an Organic Farm in Costa Rica after her internship to develop a more hands-on approach to understanding food and nutrition. She then went back to pursue a Master of Public Health at the University of Missouri and worked as an outpatient dietitian at the Wellness Resource Center at MU, specializing in eating disorders by educating others on developing a healthy relationship with food and exercise. Heidi has been an endurance athlete for over 10 years as well as a NSCA Personal Trainer.
