Beth is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (Academy Eligible), and National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Beth received her Bachelors of Arts in Theatre from Truman State University and her Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University. She completed her dance/movement therapy training through Kinections in Rochester, NY and is currently pursuing certification to become a Certified Movement Analyst. Beth has experience treating trauma, grief/loss, eating disorders, relational issues, anxiety, and depression with children, adolescents, and adults within individual, group, and family sessions. Her treatment approach is a combination of attachment-based, trauma focused, existential, and Jungian, blending verbal and body-oriented therapies to promote healing of the mind, body, and spirit through hope, connection, and meaning.
