Karley James came to McCallum Place from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT; pronounced like the part in a play) research lab where she focused on the psychometric properties of various psychological assessment measures, with an interest in those used within disordered eating populations. Karley is most motivated by the practical effects and implementation of data-driven discoveries, which she hopes to bring into her role at McCallum Place as she investigates treatment data. Karley has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Nutrition from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
