We offer extensive step down options, aftercare planning, and a comprehensive outpatient clinic. Aftercare options include but are not limited to the following:

Wednesdays: Weekly Aftercare Alumni Group

As a part of continuing care, past patients of McCallum Place may attend the weekly Aftercare Support Group. This therapist-led group is free for life and open to all past patients of McCallum Place. It meets every Wednesday from 7:00pm-8:00pm at the Therapy Suite, 231 W. Lockwood Ave. The group is designed to offer extra support following discharge from McCallum Place programming and as a way for past patients to reconnect.

Mondays: Family & Loved Ones Support Group

As part of continuing care, past and current family members and loved ones with a patient receiving treatment at either McCallum Place or Webster Wellness Professionals (an outpatient clinic by Dr. Kim McCallum, MD, and Dr. Randy Flanery, Ph.D, located in the same building as McCallum Place Therapy Suite) may attend and participate in this open group.

This Multi-Family Support Group is facilitated by Dr. McCallum and Dr. Flanery, who combined have more than 50 years experience treating and teaching about eating disorders. The group meets every Monday, except on holidays, from 4:30pm-5:30pm at the Therapy Suite, 231 W. Lockwood Ave., Ste. 201. Plus, it is free for life to all family members who have had a loved one in treatment at McCallum Place.

Monthly Family Day

Free for life to all family members who have had a loved one in our eating disorder treatment programs.

Don’t miss our Family Days, a comprehensive set of five distinct curricula for family, friends and significant support persons of McCallum Place patients. Each Family Day focuses on how to practically and effectively help family members best support their loved ones by looking at medical complications, research, communication strategies, resources, practical tools, and support around the time and resources families invest in eating disorder treatment.

McCallum Place Family Day is held at our Therapy Suite, 231 W. Lockwood Ave, Ste. 201 in Webster Groves, on the second Saturday of every month from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. Continental breakfast is provided. Reservations are strongly encouraged to help us plan for attendance. DBT & CBT: Specialized, Evidenced-Based Outpatient Groups
